Richard Gorven

Richard Gorven is a Creative Communicator from Durban, South Africa, with a passion for film, writing, music, and mentoring youth. He has over ten years of experience working with Nonprofits, Churches, Corporates, and Music Groups. Currently, he serves as the Creative Director at Trulife, an NPO helping students make better life choices. Richard also runs a successful freelance business.

Hannah Gronowski

Hannah Gronowski Barnett is the founder and CEO of Generation Distinct, a nonprofit empowering young leaders to address injustice and create change through purpose-driven leadership. She is a speaker, author of Generation Distinct: Discover the Wrong You Were Born to Make Right, and host of The Generation Distinct Podcast. Hannah inspires young people to connect their passions with meaningful impact through faith and action.

Thasunda Ducket

Tasunda Brown Duckett is a visionary leader dedicated to financial opportunity for all. She is the President and CEO of TIAA, a leading provider of secure retirement and performance-oriented investment solutions. Prior to joining TIAA in 2021, she held several key executive positions during her 17-year career at JP Morgan Chase, including CEO of Consumer Bank and Auto Finance. In 2024, Duckett was named one of TIME’s 100 Most Influential People in the World and was named a “Moving Force” by CNBC.

Ashley Bohinc

Ashley Bohinc has spent the last 20 years serving the next generation in education, athletics, and ministry. She is the author of “Communicating to Middle Schoolers” and “The Art of Group Talk for Teenage Girls,” and she founded Make It Middle School. As Executive Director of Carry 117 Ethiopia, Ashley is a dynamic speaker and coach known for her passion and authenticity in making a difference.
